Finding your Digital Driver ID

The purpose of this guide is to provide drivers with instructions on finding their Digital Driver ID in the mobile app. Site Hosts can use this ID for granting access to Private Charging locations.

1. Log into an existing account or Create a New Account in the Mobile App.

2. Select the Me tab in the bottom right corner of the app

3. Select Private Charging

4. Select Get My Digital ID

   • If you have not already entered your personal information, you will be prompted to provide your name and phone number (a verification code will be sent via text)

5. Select Share Digital ID to be redirected to a screen with your DriverId - there is a share button you can use, or you may manually copy that information

   Drivers will need to provide their DriverId to the Site Host responsible for adding members to the private charging location (see Private Charging Stations).
